Overview

SwipeForMe ("we", "our") is an Android application that uses AI to evaluate dating profiles and perform swipe gestures on your behalf. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

  • Profile screenshots: When you use SwipeForMe, the app captures screenshots of dating profiles visible on your screen. These are sent to our servers for AI evaluation and stored in your private account folder for up to 30 days so you can review swipe history in the web dashboard.
  • Account information: When you sign in, we store your email and account ID to manage your swipe quota and subscription across devices.
  • Device identifier: A unique device ID links your phone to your account for swipe requests.
  • Match criteria: The preference types you enter in the app or web dashboard are saved to your account and sent with each evaluation request.
  • Payment data: Subscriptions and top-ups are processed by RevenueCat. We do not store your credit card details.

How we use your data

  • Evaluate dating profiles against your match criteria using AI
  • Track swipe usage and manage subscriptions
  • Improve our AI evaluation accuracy

Third-party services

  • Supabase: Handles authentication and account storage.
  • Groq:Profile screenshots are processed by Groq's vision AI model for match evaluation.
  • RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions, entitlements, and payment processing for web and mobile.

Data retention

Profile screenshots are stored in your private account folder for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted. You can delete all stored screenshots at any time from the web dashboard. Account, preference, and subscription data are retained for the duration of your account.

Your rights

You can stop data collection at any time by uninstalling the app or revoking accessibility permissions. Delete stored screenshots from your dashboard at swipeforme.app/dashboard/history, or contact us at privacy@swipeforme.app for account deletion requests.
