By downloading, installing, or using SwipeForMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Service description
SwipeForMe is an Android application that uses accessibility services and AI to evaluate dating profiles and perform swipe gestures on dating apps on your behalf, based on criteria you provide.
Automation disclaimer
SwipeForMe automates interactions with third-party dating applications. Use of automation may violate the terms of service of those applications. You are solely responsible for your use of SwipeForMe and any consequences, including account restrictions or bans imposed by dating platforms.
Free tier and subscriptions
- New accounts receive 20 free swipes per month
- Premium subscriptions unlock 500 swipes per month
- Swipe packs are available as one-time top-ups in-app
- Subscriptions and top-ups are billed through RevenueCat (Google Play on Play Store installs, web checkout elsewhere)
- Refunds are handled per Google Play or web purchase policies
Permissions
SwipeForMe requires overlay and accessibility permissions to function. These permissions allow the app to display a floating widget, capture screen content from dating apps, and perform swipe gestures. You may revoke these permissions at any time through Android settings.
Limitation of liability
SwipeForMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to dating app account actions, missed matches, or inaccurate AI evaluations.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SwipeForMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
